We will need the following information:

• Your PO Number or Reference Number
• Location of the fault
• A contact person and number
• The equipment at fault
• A serial number if under warranty
• A description of the fault
• The urgency of the call*

*Priority calls attract an uplift in the call out fee based on response time requested. Emergency After Hours is available to account customers (after hours rates and emergency call out fee applies)
